It didn't start with real estate

I spent the first fourteen years of my career in the IT industry as a sales and commercial manager. The real estate market became a personal matter when we spent nearly a year searching for our own home.

As a buyer, I have experienced firsthand what it feels like to make a decision amidst uncertain information with significant financial stakes.
From the customer's side to the developer's chair
After searching for my own home, I became the managing director of a residential park development company with two hundred apartments: I was responsible for both the project's setup and its sales. I saw from the inside how a real estate product is born, what economic and technical decisions shape it, and what happens on the other side of the negotiating table.

What I represent

Clarity
I break down complex situations into clear aspects so that you can clearly see the opportunities and risks before making a decision.
Honesty
I also state the unpleasant risk, not just what is good to hear. Speaking up about a wrong direction in time is worth more than a quick deal.
Independent thinking
I measure the decision against your goals, not against habits or current market templates.

Personal responsibility — I am present throughout the cooperation and I stand by my professional standpoint. I do not hand over the process halfway through, nor do I hide behind generalizations.

I believe that an expert's job is not to turn every situation into a transaction.
Your task is to help recognize when it is time to move on — and when it is time to say no.

That is why I ask first and understand the real goal. Then I put data, market contexts, and potential consequences on the table. The decision remains yours, but you are not left alone with it.
A good decision is more important than a fast one
