3. Contacting Us and Requesting a Consultation via the Website
Visitors to the website can use the contact form to get in touch with the Data Controller, ask questions, or request a consultation.
Purpose of data processing: to identify the inquirer, establish contact, respond to the inquiry, understand the subject of the inquiry, schedule a consultation, and communicate regarding the service requested by the inquirer.
Data processed: last name, email address, optional phone number, subject of inquiry, content of the message, and data technically necessary for establishing contact.
Legal basis for data processing: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, provided that the data subject’s request is made at the data subject’s request for the purpose of taking steps prior to entering into a contract; in the case of other general inquiries, the legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which relates to responding to and processing inquiries received by the Data Controller.
Data retention period: If the initial contact is not followed by a contractual relationship, the Data Controller generally retains the data related to the initial contact for a maximum of 1 year after the inquiry is closed, unless a legal claim or other legal obligation justifies a longer retention period.
If the initial contact is followed by the conclusion of a contract, the further processing of the data will be tailored to the performance of the contract and compliance with applicable legal obligations.
The Data Controller does not automatically use contact information to send newsletters or promotional materials. Data processing for such purposes—should it occur in the future—will require a separate, appropriate legal basis.
4. Using the MailerLite System
The Data Controller may use the MailerLite service for the technical processing of data provided when contacting us through the website.
MailerLite acts as a data processor with respect to customer data processed on behalf of the Data Controller.

Purpose of data processing: the technical recording, storage, and processing of contact information provided on the website, as well as technical support for maintaining contact.
MailerLite may also use additional data processors to provide the service. Any data transfers outside the EEA are governed by the service provider’s data processing terms in effect at the time and the applicable data transfer safeguards.
At this time, MailerLite is not being used for newsletter sign-ups, but rather to provide technical support for the contact/consultation process.

The Data Controller intends to use Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”) to track website usage and traffic.

Legal basis: Consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR in cases where the measurement involves the storage of or access to information on the data subject’s device that is not strictly necessary for the measurement.
Statistical/analytical technologies may only be enabled after the visitor has provided the appropriate consent. The visitor can use the cookie banner to decide whether to enable technologies for statistical purposes and may change this decision at a later time.

The Data Controller uses a web hosting and technical service provider to operate the website.

9. Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Services
As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, the integration of Tamenund Consulting Kft.’s standalone Facebook and Instagram business profiles into its website is still under development.
Therefore, this notice does not consider the use of Meta Pixel or other Meta-based marketing tracking technologies to constitute active data processing.
If the website subsequently implements such a service, the Data Controller will amend this notice and, if necessary, the Cookie Policy accordingly before the actual data processing begins.
10. Data Security
The Data Controller implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, in particular against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, transfer, deletion, destruction, and accidental destruction or damage.

Az érintett adatvédelmi kérelmét az info@ujingatlanszakerto.hu e-mail-címre vagy postai úton a Tamenund Consulting Kft., 2000 Szentendre, Anna utca 10. címre küldheti.
Az Adatkezelő a kérelmet indokolatlan késedelem nélkül, főszabály szerint a beérkezéstől számított egy hónapon belül megválaszolja. A határidő a GDPR feltételei szerint – különösen a kérelem összetettségére és a kérelmek számára tekintettel – további két hónappal meghosszabbítható; erről az érintettet az első egy hónapon belül tájékoztatni kell.
15. Jogorvoslat
Amennyiben az érintett úgy véli, hogy személyes adatainak kezelése sérti a vonatkozó adatvédelmi rendelkezéseket, az Adatkezelőhöz fordulhat a probléma rendezése érdekében.
Az érintett jogosult panaszt benyújtani a felügyeleti hatósághoz: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH). Az érintettet megilleti továbbá a GDPR szerinti bírósági jogorvoslathoz való jog.

Az Adatkezelő jogosult jelen Adatkezelési Tájékoztatót módosítani, különösen akkor, ha a weboldal működése, az alkalmazott szolgáltatások, az adatkezelés módja vagy a vonatkozó jogszabályok megváltoznak. A mindenkor hatályos változat a weboldalon érhető el.
